Embodying the Elements
Earth – Ground & Stabilize
In this session, we’ll focus on grounding practices that anchor us to the earth and cultivate inner stability. Through mindful movement, especially focusing on hamstrings and forward folds, we will explore what it means to feel rooted in your body and your life.

Water – Flow & Release
In this session, we’ll focus on sequences that encourage release tension, with a special emphasis on the groin area. Through fluid transitions I invite you to experience emotional freedom and cultivate a sense of ease and creativity into your practice.

Fire – Transform & Empower
In this session, we’ll ignite our inner fire through dynamic movements that engage the core. By building heat and stamina in the body, this invigorating practice invites us to embrace our power and awaken our passion.

Air – Free & Expand
In this session, we’ll celebrate the energy of air with practices that open the heart and expand the breath. Through expansive movements, we’ll create space for greater possibility, cultivate clarity, and a lightness of being.

Are these workshops currently running?
Not at the moment. This series is part of my evolving toolkit and can be offered privately, at retreats, or in collaboration with studios and wellness spaces. If you’re interested in hosting or joining, I’d love to hear from you.
How is this different than a regular yoga class?
These sessions go beyond the mat. Rooted in Mandala Vinyasa, each workshop blends movement, breath, and reflection to embody the qualities of a specific element. Think dynamic 360° flows, inner inquiry, and a space to move, feel, and transform.
Do I need prior experience?
Nope. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, these workshops are designed to meet you where you are.
What do I need to bring?
Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, an open heart, and maybe a journal if you like to reflect. I’ll take care of the rest.
What is the cancellation policy?
If we schedule a private or group session, we’ll agree on clear terms together — always with care and flexibility in mind.
