Hey, I’m Gaëlle

I’m a yoga teacher, wellness guide, and passionate soul devoted to helping others come home to themselves. Rooted in Vinyasa but shaped by personal healing and spiritual growth, my practice blends movement, breath, and presence to support deeper connection and transformation.

My journey to the mat

Movement has always been part of my life, but for many years, it came from a place of control and self-punishment.

I struggled with eating disorders for over a decade, and while I loved being active — boxing, swimming, diving — I was often at war with my body. I ran my first marathon alone during lockdown, and later hiked the Three Peaks in under 24 hours. Pushing limits was my comfort zone.

Yoga entered my life in 2015 through sweaty studio classes I treated as just another workout. But everything changed in 2022 when I tore my ACL skiing (read more about this here). That injury — followed by three surgeries in one year, a breakup, and a relapse into disordered eating — forced me to slow down.

For the first time, I wasn’t just moving my body — I was listening to it.

I joined a yoga teacher training in 2023, hoping to reconnect with myself and find a new way forward. What I discovered was far more than physical healing. Yoga became a space where I could breathe again, soften, and begin to truly feel at home in my body. That journey continues…

…and I’m here to hold space as you reclaim yours ♡

Some facts about me

Dogs, always yes.
One day: a farm.

I believe in the divine and the power of love.

I eat slowly, ideally outdoors, and with intention.

I read everything — spirit, science, soul.

Intuition leads the way.

I believe the body remembers — and heals.

My mission

To inspire and support your journey inward — helping you reconnect with the divine intelligence of your body, cultivate self-love, and unlock the radiant, authentic self that’s always been within you.

Teaching Style

I teach a Vinyasa-based flow infused with holistic elements: breathwork, meditation, chakra and elemental inspiration. My classes blend strength, anatomical awareness, and creative movement — striking a balance between dynamic flow and intentional stillness.

The tempo will undulate.

Expect to be challenged. Expect to be held. Most of all, Expect to feel.
