The Practice
My classes are open to all levels and follow a gentle arc — starting slow, building into dynamic movement, and easing back into stillness.
This bell-shaped structure supports nervous system activation and deep calm.
Flow – Asana
We rise from the ground, peak in standing poses, and soften back down. Expect a mix of strength, fluidity, and rest.
Breathwork – Pranayama
Through conscious breathing, we anchor the practice, guide transitions, and regulate energy.
Meditation – Dhyāna
We begin and end with stillness to anchor intention, restore awareness, and return home to self.
